The Photo Session Process
Connect
Complete the Contact Form below and I will get back to you as soon as possible so we can set up a time to get on a call and chat about your graduation portrait session.
Reserve
During our initial call, we will discuss the ideas and inspiration for your portrait session. Once we finalize the details and if you choose to hire me, it’s time save the date! In order to reserve a date and time, a non-refundable deposit is required. A booking link will be sent to you via email where you will sign a session contract and the deposit will be collected. Sessions during the week must be reserved at least two weeks in advance while sessions on the weekend must be reserved at least one week in advance.
Once your deposit is made the final details of your session will be finalized prior to the session date.
Session Day!
It’s now time for the fun part! On the day of your photo session, I will meet you at the session location. We’ll get a chance to meet in person if we haven’t already, chat and get started capturing your session. Come ready to have fun, laugh and capture your moment!
Photo Delivery
After the photo session is completed, I will begin the process of going through selecting and doing light retouching (exposure and color correction only) on the images that best fit the theme we agreed upon during our initial communication.
Once these proofs are ready, you will be sent a link to a watermarked proofing gallery where you will select the images you want fully edited that align with your purchased session package option. You also have the option to select and purchase additional images at that time if you choose to.
Once the images you selected are ready (about 2-3 weeks), you will be sent a non-watermarked final gallery with these images where you can download them!
